Very kind staff and great location, the room was very small and basic.

The Staff is extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The location is very central, at the core of the colourful barrio.

The room was very little, with basically no window and it would require renovation.

Amazing location! A few mins walk from all the main sights! Everyone there was super friendly too! Emilio is such a bundle of joy and really made my stay so much better! Wi-Fi was pretty quick as well!

Friendly hotel near the center of Getsemané

Great location in Getsemané. With a balcony overlooking the street, we were able to watch the bustle from above and were able to easily walk to any sights or restaurants that we wanted to visit. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff was very friendly.

-It was tricky finding places to put our belongings. There were some cubby holes for storage, but they were small and a little awkward to use. A dresser would be a nice addition. There was NO WHERE in the bathroom to put anything. A shelf would be so helpful. -Although we saw the room being cleaned, it has not been deep cleaned in forever. The floors felt dirty and looked really dirty. -The housekeeper kept leaving the balcony door unlocked. I was VERY carefull to lock it and when we would return to the room, it was always unlocked after the room had been made up. -IT IS VERY loud at night. I used special earplugs and I could still hear the thumping music from he street.

Great location, excellent staff

Two big selling points: location and extremely friendly and helpful staff that make you feel completely at home. Airconditioning worked well and is a necessity in Cartagena.

Room and bathroom was a bit small, but plenty of space ro stow away all your luggage/items.

Right inside Getsemani

The room is directly inside the Getsemani area, so very close access to the streets and beautiful corners. The host was very nice, friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Carolina for such a informative advice and help.

The room has no window to the outside streets, only one behind the building with the smell from restaurant so I cannot open. The light in the bathroom is automatically so it turns off very quickly even when I am still in there.

excellent value for money, especially in this location. Comfy rooms

my friend came back late and they would not let her in initially saying it was too late. there is no information and we weren’t told about a curfew otherwise she would have been back on time. she got let in eventually, the same thing happened to the couple in the room next to us so just double check when they lock the front doors

Well located and clean

Property was conveniently located in the heart of Getsemaní. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was were air conditioned and clean.

Air conditioner is located above the bed and started to leak onto the bed during the night. Hopefully this has been resolved as we will be returning at the end of the month.

Exceeded expectations!

The staff were super nice and accomodating. They honestly really care for you as humans :) I loved getting my (super fresh and healthy) breakfast in one of the shared spaces, especially the balcony!
